This dataset is a spatial index of all open-file airborne geophysical surveys over the state. Data is in GDA94 - long./lat. and is available to view using the Web Map Viewer (please allow a few moments for data to display) or download using the links below:

Digital Data Download - Airborne geophysics

Data is in GDA94 MGA - Zone 55 and is available to download in the following formats:

1. Shapefile ZIP (6MB)

2. Mapinfo ZIP (3MB)

3. Geodatabase ZIP (2MB)

4. Geopackage ZIP (6MB)

Digital data and metadata for each survey can be downloaded by using the Airborne Survey Search.

Gravity Data

This dataset is comprised of Gravity Base Stations; the precise locations where the absolute value of gravity is known, and Gravity Measurements; primary and derived gravity observations points across Tasmania. Data is in GDA94 - long./lat. and is available to view by using the Web Map Viewer or to download by using the link below:
